Cancellation conditions: Normally 40 days before arrival- full refund

At this late time in addition, the payment is not refundable but may be freely transferred to any future booking if government travel restrictions or property closure prevents your stay.

For any cancellation less than 5 days before arrival or if the stay is less than the number of days booked, we will charge the Full Balance but may be freely transferred to any future booking if government travel restrictions or property closure prevents your stay.
